Here's what I ate this morning.

About one liter of water right as soon as I woke up. It's important to eat the water rather than simply trying to drink it, as it burns more calories that way. Then once I got out of the shower a bit of red wine in a goblet. Not much, just a taste. Also, from a nutritional standpoint, it's important that when you have your post-shower-morning-wine that it's from a goblet.* If the goblet drinking can be done whilst wearing luxurious robes and slippers that too will increase the nutritional value. 

After the 25 minute bike ride into work I prepared myself a fresh breakfast, as 25 minutes of repeated middle finger extention works up an appetite. 

So I made a cup of coffee with a new pour over brewer I just got, and while that was steeping I chopped up some celery, watermelon, bell peppers, and toasted an everything bagel. I have a small platter that presented it beautifully on my desk. So far, nobody has commented on my exquisite food platters, probably because the platter always sits right next to a picture of my adorable cat named Princess(see picture below).

*Editors note: I hardly ever drink Scotch before 10am.
